This website is owned and operated by KandooDevQ. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers customers to request software development services on a project or user story or hourly basis from KandooDevQ. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
A user story is considered a high level requirement submitted by the customer for which code needs to written. It's a unit of software development from customer's perspective. A software project from a customer is typically composed of multiple user stories.
Software development services shall be done on a project basis or a user story basis or on hourly basis or a custom basis that is mutually agreed between the customer and KandooDevQ.
Pricing of software development shall be decided after customer fills in and submits all required fields in the 'Request Pricing' form on this website.
All pricing requests would receive a final pricing offer within 4 business days of submission of pricing request.
No advance payment for software services is required.
Payment for software development services shall be made on delivery of project or user story and after the customer is fully satisfied with the delivered functionality that was defined in pricing request.
Payment for our software development services shall be made against an invoice using a credit card that is a MasterCard or Visa or Amex or Discover.
If for some reason the customer is not satisfied with our software development services after a user story has been completed in accordance with customer's requirements and delivered, then we will modify delivered software without any additional cost till customer is satisfied or refund 100% of the project cost within 5 business days if payment has already been made for this user story and refund request has been submitted within 5 business days of delivery from our side of this user story. The refund shall be done using the same mode that the customer used for payment i.e. the same credit card used for payment by the customer. If payment is made for a project rather than a user story, then refund shall not be applicable.
The customer may cancel the project/user story agreed upon in any one of the following scenarios: (a) before it's commencement (b) within 2 business days of it's commencement provided that the completion estimate of project or user story being worked upon is more than 15 days.
Our software development services shall be guaranteed i.e. we shall not charge the customer till the project/user story is delivered and the customer is completely satisfied with our software development services offered.
Our software development services shall be assured i.e. any bugs found within the first month of going live of delivered project/user story shall be fixed free of cost by us.
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall KandooDevQ, be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KandooDevQ assumes no liability or responsibility for any (i) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content; (ii) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from your access to or use of our service; and (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
The customer agrees to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time via email at support@kandoodevq.com.
